The Chandler Spa Bathroom

Project Overview

This Chandler homeowner had a guest bathroom that was stuck in the early 2000s. Pink tile, a worn-out tub/shower combo, and a vanity that was falling apart. They wanted something guests would actually enjoy using. Taylor Brothers Builders designed and built a spa-inspired bathroom that completely elevated the space.

What We Did

We gutted the bathroom and started fresh. The old tub/shower combo was replaced with a compact freestanding soaking tub and a separate walk-in shower with floor-to-ceiling porcelain tile and a frameless glass panel. We installed a floating vanity with a vessel sink, wall-mounted faucet, and backlit mirror. New hexagonal floor tile, recessed lighting, and matte black fixtures completed the look.
