The Mesa Modern Kitchen

Project Overview

This Mesa homeowner had been living with an outdated galley kitchen for over a decade. The space was dark, cramped, and disconnected from the rest of the home. They came to Taylor Brothers Builders with a clear vision: open it up, make it modern, and build it to last. We delivered on all three.

What We Did

We removed a non-load-bearing wall between the kitchen and dining area to create an open-concept layout that completely transformed the main floor. From there, we installed custom white shaker cabinetry with soft-close hardware, quartzite countertops with a waterfall edge on the island, a full subway tile backsplash, new luxury vinyl plank flooring, recessed LED lighting, and all new stainless steel appliances. Every material was hand-selected with the homeowner during our design consultation.
