The Tempe Full Home Renovation

Project Overview

This Tempe couple purchased a 1990s home near the ASU area and wanted to bring it into the modern era before moving in. Everything needed updating: the kitchen, both bathrooms, all the flooring, lighting, paint, and fixtures. Taylor Brothers Builders handled the entire renovation as a single, coordinated project from start to finish.

What We Did

We started with a full design consultation to map out the renovation plan room by room. In the kitchen, we installed new cabinetry, quartz countertops, a tile backsplash, and updated appliances. Both bathrooms got new tile, vanities, fixtures, and lighting. We replaced all the flooring throughout the home with luxury vinyl plank, updated every light fixture, installed new baseboards and trim, and gave the entire interior a fresh coat of paint. We also replaced all the dated brass hardware with modern matte black throughout.

Materials and Finishes

Quartz countertops, shaker-style cabinetry, ceramic tile backsplash, luxury vinyl plank flooring, porcelain bathroom tile, modern vanities with undermount sinks, matte black fixtures and hardware, recessed LED lighting, and custom trim work throughout.

The Result

The home went from feeling like a time capsule to a modern, move-in ready space that the homeowners were thrilled to call their own. Every room flows together with a cohesive design, premium materials, and the kind of finish work that makes a house feel brand new. The couple moved in on schedule and couldn't believe it was the same home.
